PUBLIC RECEIPTS · PRIVATE REGRET

Read the fine print.
Then read the chain.

01 / TERMS OF SERVICE

Use the desk
as it is.

By accessing The Review Department, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service is

The Review Department provides read-only analysis of a public blockchain address and turns indexed transactions into informational exit receipts. It does not connect to a wallet, request a signature, move assets, execute trades, or provide custody.

What the service is not

The service is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, fiduciary, tax adviser, financial planner, or trading signal. A receipt is a retrospective data product and not an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or guarantee.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and only with addresses and data you are permitted to analyze. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, overload the service, interfere with its indexer, misrepresent affiliation, or use the service to violate sanctions, privacy, intellectual-property, or other applicable laws.

Network and third-party data

The service may rely on Robinhood Chain RPC endpoints, indexed execution data, block explorers, and other third-party infrastructure. Those systems may be delayed, incomplete, throttled, changed, or unavailable. The Review Department does not control them and cannot promise uninterrupted access or a complete record.

Ownership and marks

The Review Department’s software, interface, copy, artwork, and reports belong to their respective owners. Robinhood, Robinhood Chain, and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness, availability, title, and non-infringement. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, incorrect data, chain outages, RPC failures, indexer errors, or reliance on a receipt. You remain responsible for your decisions.

Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service or these terms. The effective date above will change when this document is updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

02 / PRIVACY POLICY

Public address.
Private boundary.

This policy describes the limited information needed to run a read-only public-wallet analysis.

Information you provide

When you submit an address, we receive the public wallet address and the analysis request. A public address is not a private key or seed phrase. Never submit a seed phrase, private key, password, or secret credential; the service does not need one.

Information from the chain

We may read public transaction, token, contract, block, and market-observation data associated with the address. Blockchain activity is public by design and may be copied, indexed, or linked to an identity by other parties. We cannot make public-chain activity confidential.

Stored reports

A report is stored only when you use a share or public-wall action. Shared reports contain the submitted public address, indexed snapshot, analysis results, and an expiration date. Wall entries are opt-in and display a shortened address plus the highest single missed-upside receipt. Local preview storage may clear when the local server restarts; hosted persistence may be provided by Supabase.

Operational data

Hosting, security, and network providers may process IP address, user-agent, timestamps, request paths, and error logs to operate and protect the service. We do not sell wallet addresses or report data. We do not ask for identity documents or financial-account credentials.

Retention and requests

Reports are designed to expire after 90 days unless a shorter period is required by the hosting configuration. Before public launch, the operator will publish a monitored privacy-contact address for access, correction, deletion, or jurisdiction-specific requests. Legal obligations and public-chain immutability may limit what can be removed from the chain itself.

03 / COOKIE POLICY

Small files.
Clear rules.

The current version is designed to work without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

What we use

The application does not intentionally set analytics, advertising, social-behavioral, or cross-site tracking cookies. The hosting and security layer may use strictly necessary technical identifiers or logs for delivery, abuse prevention, and reliability.

Third-party content

Font delivery, RPC endpoints, block explorers, and links to X may be provided by third parties. Those providers may process requests under their own policies. Opening an external link takes you away from this policy.

Future changes

If analytics, advertising, authentication, or other non-essential cookies are introduced, this policy will be updated before they are enabled and any legally required consent mechanism will be added.

Your controls

You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage or network requests may prevent parts of the service from working.

04 / RISK DISCLOSURE

The receipt is real.
The what-if is not.

Crypto assets and public-chain infrastructure are highly speculative. You can lose all of the value you put at risk.

Hypothetical missed cash

“Missed cash,” “later high,” Paper Hands Index scores, and verdicts are retrospective estimates. FDV values are total-supply-implied valuations, not verified circulating market capitalization. Indexed swap values are converted with a snapshot ETH/USD quote. They do not represent executable prices, available liquidity, or a guaranteed chain-wide all-time high.

Execution and liquidity risk

Token prices can move rapidly or become untradeable. Slippage, fees, taxes, MEV, bridges, pool depth, token permissions, contract bugs, freezes, rug pulls, and liquidity removal can materially change an outcome. The service excludes or cannot model every one of these factors.

Data and infrastructure risk

Robinhood Chain is an EVM-compatible Arbitrum Layer 2 that uses ETH for gas. RPC endpoints and public infrastructure can be rate-limited, delayed, incomplete, unavailable, reorganized, or changed. An indexed transaction history is not a promise that every event, token, or later observation was captured.

No advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or trading advice. Do your own research and consult a qualified professional who understands your circumstances before acting on digital-asset information.

Security boundary

The Review Department never needs a seed phrase, private key, wallet password, or signature. If anyone asks for one while claiming to represent this project, treat it as a scam and stop communicating.

Airdrop eligibility preview

An eligibility result is a provisional read of indexed public-chain activity, not a token claim, final allocation, vested right, or promise of value. Snapshot timing, data quality, duplicate or abusive activity reviews, applicable law, and final campaign terms may affect any eventual distribution.
